The owner requested that Knickerbocker fabricate and install a new front entrance canopy to replicate the existing deteriorating canopy. There were no original drawings or specifications available, so, utilizing pictures, field measurements, and mock-up fabrications we were able to give the owner exactly what he wanted. Well thought-out coordination and the ability to fabricate in the field allowed us to meet our goal of completion, despite the fact that we were working above the sidewalk on Madison Ave, in the center of downtown Chicago.
